Advance Planning policies require you to have a medical
exam as a condition
of acceptance. You do need to answer three health questions
to determine your eligibility for The
Advantage Plan .
The remaining Security Plan plans do not require you pass
the three health questions as
a condition
of acceptance, although other eligibility criteria (such

your premiums will never increase for the life of your policy
period. The premium you pay today is the same you will pay
