may pay premiums by simply mailing your payment to Security Plan
Life Insurance Company at P. O. Box 149151, Austin, TX 78714-9151
or you may make your payment at any of our Security Plan offices
throughout the state of Louisiana with the exception of the offices
located in the areas affected by the hurricane.
